Three Ways
to Love Yourself
People need to love
they self because it’s important to psychological health, in here we will
discuss about, make time for hobbies, rest when you need, and eat healthy.
First, make time for hobbies, In their web site entitled “Why you should be scheduling your free time: How hobbies
improve your productivity and creativity” (MacKay)
suggest that one of the best
things you can do for your workday time management is to schedule everything.
Otherwise known as time blocking this strategy involves planning out every moment of your
day in advance and dedicating specific time “blocks” for certain tasks and
responsibilities. Time blocking helps
you focus and make sure that you’re spending your work time on
the right tasks
(not just email and Slack). Second, rest when you need is important because in
their web site entitled “Why It's Important to Allow Yourself to Rest” (INTEGRIS
HEALTH)
suggest that rest is vital for better mental
health, increased concentration and memory, a healthier immune system, reduced
stress, improved mood and even a better metabolism. Last, eat healthy, In their
website entitled “Health benefits of eating well” (NHS
inform)
suggest that A well-balanced diet
provides all of the: energy you need to keep active throughout the day.
nutrients you need for growth and repair, helping you to stay strong and
healthy and help to prevent diet-related illness, such as some cancers. That is
explanation about three ways to love yourself. I hope we always self love.
