Motivations and Needs in Learning Foreign Language

            Motivation and needs in learning foreign language comprise attaining higher goals, setting sufficient expectations, aiding great learning achievement. And in this paper author will describe about those topic.

First, attaining higher goals. Improve your motivation by giving you a tangible outcome for the work. Tangible motivational tools include money, holidays, and other tangible perks and benefits in the workplace, whereas intangible tools of employee motivation include verbal and written acknowledgement of employee contribution, celebration of memorable dates such as birthdays, anniversaries and achievements, developing effective work environment etc (Dudovskiy). Every time complete one, it’s feel a sense of accomplishment, motivating keep going. Knowing the fact that my hard work and perseverance will help me achieve greater professional success is what keeps me going (Himanshu).

Next, setting sufficient expectations. Belief that an individual choses their behaviors based on what they belief. Behavioral belief: an individual's belief about consequences of particular behavior. The concept is based on the subjective probability that the behavior will produce a given outcome (Health behavior and health education ). To take part in role plays, dialogues, and similar activities in practice communicating in the language. It's most useful for helping you prepare for unfamiliar or difficult situations. You can also use it to spark brainstorming sessions, improve communication between team members, and see problems or situations from different perspectives (Team).

Finally, aiding great learning achievement. Establish a climate of mutual respect. Mutual respect is the recognition that two or more individuals have valuable/important contributions to make in a relationship (Groco Advisors To The Ultra-Affluent).

In sum, Motivation and needs in learning foreign language comprise attaining higher goals, setting sufficient expectations, aiding great learning achievement. Motivation can arise in oneself or others. example if you like something about yourself, then you will be motivated even though something is difficult. Motivation can also be from parental encouragement. for example you don't like something but your parents give you encouragement so you are motivated. The need for learning a foreign language is like the facilities used or needed, such as Android, laptops, dictionaries. and the need for learning foreign languages like the environment is also included, if the environment supports you then you will develop, for example you practice foreign languages to other people who care and support you. that is the conclusion.
